Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a pack of credits. There's nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Is there a free design?
Yes, one. New accounts get 1 free design at standard size (1K) when they sign in with Google, no card needed, while the day's free designs last. It carries a small getairoomdesign.com mark in the corner; designs paid with credits don't.
What size is a design?
Standard size (1K, about 1 megapixel) takes 1 credit. 2K takes 2 and 4K takes 3, for a sharper file to print or zoom into.
Who charges my card?
Waffo, our payment provider and merchant of record. Any sales tax or VAT is worked out by Waffo at checkout, and the charge shows on your statement as WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE.
Can I get a refund?
A pack you haven't used can be refunded in full within 7 days. Email support@getairoomdesign.com with the address you sign in with. See the refund policy for the details.
