Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Get AI Room Design ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Get AI Room Design is a website where you upload a photo of a room, a house or a yard, pick the room, a style and, if you like, a color or material (or describe the change to the room in your own words), and an AI model made by another company (OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5) redraws it in your browser. The photo must show a room, a house or a yard: other photos are turned down. The Service runs on credits: you buy a credit pack once and spend credits on each generation. A new account gets one free generation at standard size, marked with the site's name, while the day's free generations last.

3. Account Registration

  • You sign in with a Google account, and the information it shares with us must be your own.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Credit packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews.
  • You buy a pack from Waffo.com Limited (Waffo Pancake), our merchant of record. Waffo processes the payment, handles any sales tax or VAT, and pays refunds, and its Buyer Terms apply to the purchase as well. The charge shows on your statement as WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Any tax is worked out by Waffo, our payment provider, at checkout.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • Each tool page and the Pricing page show how many credits a generation takes. A failed generation gives its credits back automatically.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a pack you haven't used any credits from can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
  • Digital downloads (such as guide bundles) are delivered right after payment and can't be refunded once delivered.
  • Prices may change. A change never affects credits you have already bought.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive material (pornography / NSFW).
  • Generate graphic violence or gore, or content promoting violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Generate hate speech or content that attacks people for who they are.
  • Generate any sexual content involving minors (CSAM). This is reported to the authorities.
  • Make deepfakes or impersonate a real person or organization, combine photos of different real people into one picture (for example a couple photo or a family portrait made from separate photos), or upload photos of other people without their permission.
  • Create content that infringes the copyright or trademarks of others.
  • Produce misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content, or anything illegal.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service, or get around its checks.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.

Content checks: every prompt is checked automatically before an image is made (against our own list of blocked words and by Waffo's Prompt Sift), every photo you attach and every result go through an automated image check, and the companies whose models we run filter requests too. Anything that fails is not made or not shown, and uses no credits.

Breaking these rules can lead to removal of the images, loss of the credits involved without a refund, suspension, or a permanent ban. The full rules, how to report an image, and how to appeal are in our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. AI Technology Disclaimer

Get AI Room Design is an independent service. We run AI models made by other companies (today, OpenAI's GPT Image 2.5, through the API provider fal.ai) and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, fal.ai, or any other model maker. Model names belong to their owners.

AI results can be wrong, odd, or different from what you asked for. Check an image before you rely on it. The quality of results depends on the model behind each tool.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You keep ownership of the text and images you provide.
  • We don't claim any rights to the images you generate. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the law and to the terms of the model's maker.
  • We only use what you upload to our AI tools, and what they make for you, to run the Service for you. We won't use them in our own marketing without asking you first.
  • Get AI Room Design keeps its rights in the Service itself: its software, design and content.
  • The example images and illustrations on this site, the ones we made to show what the tools do, belong to Get AI Room Design. Please don't copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission. This doesn't cover the images you make with the Service, which are yours to use as described above.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Get AI Room Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and cancel credits used or bought to break them, without a refund. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@getairoomdesign.com. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed, unless they qualify for a refund under the Refund Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Get AI Room Design operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
